Lindsay Freedman

Greenbelt, Maryland

I am a cum laude graduate of the George Mason School of Law, with a passion for practicing employment law. Previously, I worked at private law firms engaging in civil and employment litigation. In the wake of the financial crisis, I also represented Maryland residents in the negotiation of debt-collection settlements and alternatives to foreclosure. I support clients in dealing with regulatory and employment law issues involved with running a business. I have represented individuals in federal court in matters concerning employment law, fraud, consumer protection, and bankruptcy.

At the Thatcher Law Firm, I handle all types of employment law matters for employees and employers, including discrimination, harassment, disability, and wage and hour claims.
