At Thatcher Law Firm, I handle all types of employment law matters—for both employees and employers—including discrimination, harassment, disability, whistleblower protection, and wage and hour claims.  I support clients in dealing with regulatory and employment law issues involved with running a business.  I have successfully represented clients with wide-ranging employment issues including, but not limited to, disability, age, race, national origin, and sex discrimination, wrongful termination, sex harassment, overtime, minimum wage, whistleblower protection, and retaliation claims.  My clients include employees and employers, large and small, across the D.C. Metro Area, Maryland and Virginia.  In addition to civil rights and employment litigation, I also assist clients with a broad range of general business matters.
