Aron Zavaro

Greenbelt, Maryland
I am a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.   Following law school, I was fortunate to clerk for the D.C. Superior Court Judges where I managed caseloads for 14 judges, and developed a breadth of knowledge across a range of legal fields.  I have represented youths charged with crimes in D.C. Superior Court, and I worked on the development of the litigation strategy in a fraud and conversion lawsuit in which I successfully defended my client’s claims in pre-trial litigation.  I have advocated on behalf of tenants whose landlords violated D.C. housing codes, and have assisted clients in breach of contract and trust litigations.
At Thatcher Law Firm, I handle all types of employment law matters—for both employees and employers—including discrimination, harassment, disability, whistleblower protection, and wage and hour claims.  I support clients in dealing with regulatory and employment law issues.  My clients include employees and employers, large and small, across the D.C. Metro Area, Maryland and Virginia.  In addition to civil rights and employment litigation, I also assist clients with a broad range of general business matters.
