Because we know how annoying it is to wait for a return call on an important matter, rule number one at the Thatcher Law Firm is that the client comes first.  We keep you closely involved with the development and progress of your case, and also make sure that you are fully advised about the different options and decisions that you will need to consider at various stages of your case.

Our law firm can make this commitment to our clients because we very carefully limit our caseload. With a skilled team of lawyers available to handle the work, we are in a position to evaluate and develop your case thoroughly.  We have every employment law claim thoroughly researched and documented before we file the lawsuit or even approach your employer with a demand. By taking the initiative at every opportunity, we can do quite a lot to even out the inherent imbalance between an employer and an employee, and we tip it in your favor every chance we get. We love to win, we hate to lose, and we'll aggressively represent our clients.

Managing partner Linda Hitt Thatcher has 20 years of experience with the resolution of employment disputes on behalf of employees and employers alike. She got her start on the management side of employment law in the late 1980s, and founded our law firm in 1996. Although employees' claims form the bulk of our firm's practice, she also advises employers about recurrent workplace rights issues and the best ways to achieve compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Additionally, she can serve as a mediator to help litigants find mutually acceptable grounds for settlement of their disputes.

Associate attorneys Cary Zuk, Christopher Susie and David Ross, Of Counsel, also deliver outstanding client service in matters ranging from the analysis of disability accommodation claims to the negotiation and documentation of severance agreements. It's also fair to say that our clients appreciate the tireless work and friendly, supportive atmosphere maintained by paralegal Sue Frederick and office administrator Teresa Menendez. Our clients and attorneys depend heavily on their experience and conscientious, compassionate service to produce the high-quality results that you expect and deserve.
